The FPM-1506M is a 15.6″ FHD industrial panel PC built for continuous operation across the full industrial temperature range. Choose your touch: 5-wire resistive for stylus/gloved-hand environments, or P-CAP multi-touch for precision interaction. IP65 front panel. Built for the conditions that end standard hardware
The FPM-1506M’s IP65-rated front panel seals the operator interface against dust ingress and water jets. Operating range 0°C to 60°C, storage down to −30°C — one of the widest storage temperature ranges in the DNR Touch panel PC lineup. Chemical resistance to oils and cleaning agents protects the enclosure from industrial hygiene routines. ATEX/explosion-proof certified version available for hazardous area deployments. Front-access maintenance means the unit can be serviced without cabinet disassembly — a critical advantage on a live production floor.
Two touch options — specify for your application
The FPM-1506M ships in two touch configurations. The 5-wire resistive option provides robust, reliable touch input through standard industrial gloves, with a stylus, or in wet and contaminated environments where capacitive touch is unreliable. The P-CAP multi-touch option delivers precision 85°+ transmittance and 7H glass hardness for applications that need higher optical clarity, multi-finger gesture support, or bare-skin touch precision. Both options support industrial glove operation; the choice depends on whether you need stylus compatibility (resistive) or multi-touch gestures (P-CAP).
The richest I/O set in the panel PC range
4× USB 3.0 + 2× USB 2.0, 2× GbE RJ45 (Intel i210-AT), 2× RS-232/485 COM, 1× HDMI out, 1× Audio, and optional IDOOR expansion for additional LAN, COM, and GPIO — the FPM-1506M has more USB ports and I/O flexibility than any other panel PC in the DNR Touch range reviewed. For integration-heavy applications connecting multiple peripherals, scanners, readers, or industrial controllers, that I/O density reduces the need for external USB hubs or serial converters.
14 CPU options — from entry HMI to 12th Gen Core i7
The FPM-1506M supports the same broad CPU range as the FPM-2105M (21.5″ model): Celeron J6412 through to 12th Gen Core i7-1255U.
