The FPM-2105M is a full HD 21.5″ industrial panel PC built for continuous operation in harsh environments. IP65 front panel, fanless aluminum enclosure, 9–36V wide-range DC input, and a CPU range spanning Celeron J6412 to 12th Gen Core i7 — the widest processor compatibility in the DNR Touch range. ≥50 million touch cycles. The FPM-2105M’s IP65-rated front panel seals the operator interface against dust ingress and water jets. Operating temperature range of 0°C to 60°C covers cold-start in unheated facilities through the sustained heat of machine rooms. Chemical resistance to oils and cleaning agents means routine industrial hygiene doesn’t degrade the unit. ATEX/explosion-proof certified version available for classified hazardous area deployments.

Most touch panels are rated to 5 million activation cycles. The FPM-2105M’s touch surface is rated to 50 million — ten times the standard — designed for the repetitive, high-frequency interaction of machine operators working eight to twenty-four hour shifts. P-CAP multi-touch responds through standard industrial gloves and maintains accuracy in wet, oily, and high-EMC environments from motors, welding equipment, and variable-frequency drives.
Connectivity built for industrial infrastructure
PROFINET and EtherCAT industrial protocol support, two GbE RJ45 ports (Intel i210-AT), 4× USB 3.0, 2× RS-232/485 COM ports, optional 4G/5G and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth expansion, and an IDOOR interface for additional LAN, COM, and GPIO — the connectivity stack is built for MES, SCADA, and PLC integration without adapters. M12 industrial connectors provide vibration resistance in mobile and high-vibration installations.

J6412 / N97 — Entry to mid-range HMI, control panel, and basic automation tasks. Sufficient for display-only, standard PLC communication, and operator interface with data logging. DDR4, up to 32GB (J6412) or 16GB (N97) RAM.
4th–6th Gen Core i3/i5/i7 (e.g. i5-4210U, i5-6300U) — Legacy platform compatibility. For integrators maintaining continuity with existing system architectures. DDR3L-1600 or DDR4-2400, up to 8–16GB RAM.
7th–8th Gen Core i5/i7 (e.g. i5-7200U, i5-8250U, i7-7500U) — Mid-range performance for data-intensive HMI, multi-protocol SCADA, and light vision applications. DDR4-2400, up to 16GB RAM.
